1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (typically within 24 hours) of being placed.

Processing Details:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST are processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day
  • During peak periods (holidays, major promotions), processing may take up to 2 business days

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Timeframes

We partner with international fulfillment centers to bring you premium skincare products at competitive prices. Domestic delivery within the United States typically averages 9 business days from the order date.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. The shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping Promotions: From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. Any active promotion will be applied automatically at checkout when qualifying conditions are met.

4. Carriers

We partner with leading carriers including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier is selected automatically based on your destination, package weight, and current network performance to ensure the most efficient delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

Important Information About Tracking:

Because we work with international fulfillment partners, tracking updates may not appear immediately after your order ships. Here's what to expect:

  • Days 1-2: Tracking may show limited updates or "in transit to carrier"
  • Days 2-5: Tracking will update more frequently as your package moves through transit
  • Days 5-9: Regular updates as package approaches delivery

Don't worry if tracking seems inactive for the first few days — this is normal for international shipments. Once your package enters the domestic carrier network, updates will appear more frequently, and delivery typically occurs within 1-3 days of the final scan.

6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 United States
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

7. Shipping Address Requirements

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete.

Accepted Address Types:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO (Military) addresses

Important Notes:

  • Deliveries to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may take additional time
  • Some carriers may have restrictions for certain address types
  • We recommend using a physical address when possible for faster delivery

8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Please double-check your address before completing checkout
  • If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@olenisrx.com
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer:

  • May be returned to us (subject to reshipment fees)
  • May be non-refundable if undeliverable

9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused, etc.), we will notify you by email. You may choose to:

  1. Request reshipment — Additional shipping charges may apply
  2. Request a refund — Refund will be issued for the merchandise subtotal (original shipping charges are non-refundable)

10. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost when:

  • No tracking updates have appeared for 14 consecutive days, OR
  • The carrier confirms the package is lost

If you believe your package is lost, please follow these steps first:

  1. ✅ Check for any delivery notices left by the carrier
  2. ✅ Look around your delivery location (porch, garage, side doors, mailroom)
  3. ✅ Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package
  4. ✅ Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct
  5. ✅ Wait at least 7 business days from the ship date before reporting lost

If your package is confirmed lost: Contact us at support@olenisrx.com and we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR
  • Issue a full refund — your choice

11. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the outer packaging and contents
  2. Retain all packaging materials (box, padding, etc.)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@olenisrx.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to file a claim and provide you with a replacement or full refund.

12. Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible:

  • Orders not yet shipped: Can be cancelled for a full refund
  • Orders already shipped: Cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item once received per our Refund Policy
