We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
The product must be unopened and unused
All original safety seals must be intact
The product must be in its original packaging
You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
Important: Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or unsealed products. Once a skincare product has been opened, the seal broken, or the product applied, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

The reason for your return
If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.
For approved returns, Olenis will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is:
Defective or damaged
Incorrect (wrong product shipped)
Damaged during shipping
Please contact us immediately at support@olenisrx.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or full refund.
For damaged or defective items, we will provide a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the product has been opened.
We understand that everyone's skin is different. If you experience an allergic reaction or skin irritation from one of our products, please contact us at support@olenisrx.com.
We will provide a full refund for any product that causes an adverse skin reaction. Please include:
Your order number
Which product caused the reaction
A brief description of the reaction
Recommendation: We always recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before applying any new skincare product to larger areas. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm or behind your ear and wait 24-48 hours to check for any adverse reaction.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened skincare products (seal broken or product used)
Products without intact safety seals
Products not in original packaging
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Free promotional items or samples
Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Subscription orders are recurring shipments that you have agreed to receive on a regular basis.
Subscription Return Policy:
First subscription order: Eligible for return under our standard 30-day policy if unopened and sealed
Subsequent subscription orders: Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Canceling Your Subscription:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings
Contacting us at support@olenisrx.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date
Please note that once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the product you want is to:
Return the eligible item following our return process
Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving your return
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@olenisrx.com.
Refund Exceptions:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.)
Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition or missing components (at our discretion)
