Blackheads are not dirt you can scrub off. They sit down inside the pore, and most masks never reach them.
This one is built around five clays of different particle sizes, including bentonite, kaolin and Canadian colloidal clay. Each sits at a different depth, so together they wrap around the pore rather than just coating the surface. As the mask dries it forms clots that lift sebum and buildup out with it.
Three exfoliating acids come along for the ride. Glycolic acid (AHA) loosens dead skin, salicylic acid (BHA) gets into the pore itself, and gluconolactone (PHA) smooths texture with less irritation than the other two.
It cools the moment it goes on, and it is dry and ready to rinse in about three minutes.
