How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 11–20 business days after your order is processed. We work with international fulfillment centers to bring you premium skincare at competitive prices, which means delivery takes a bit longer than typical domestic shipping—but we think it's worth the wait.

How quickly do you process orders?

Orders are processed within 1 business day (usually within 24 hours). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Where do you ship? 

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We don't currently ship internationally.

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. We run free shipping promotions from time to time—when available, the discount applies automatically at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Heads up: because we work with international fulfillment partners, tracking may not update for the first few days. This is normal. Updates become more frequent as your package enters the U.S. carrier network.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I return a product I've opened?

or hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used skincare products—once a seal is broken or the product has been applied, it's no longer eligible. The exception is if the product is defective or caused an allergic reaction.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective? 

Contact us immediately at support@olenisrx.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a full refund or replacement, even if the product has been opened.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

We get it—everyone's skin is different. If you experience an allergic reaction or irritation, contact us at support@olenisrx.com with your order number, which product caused the reaction, and a brief description. We'll provide a full refund.

Pro tip: We always recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin (like your inner forearm) and waiting 24–48 hours before applying any new product to larger areas.

How do I start a return? 

Email us at support@olenisrx.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label with instructions. Don't send items back without approval first—unapproved returns won't be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.

How long do refunds take? 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you about the status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it to your account. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, reach out to us.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

When you subscribe, you'll receive your favorite products automatically on a recurring monthly basis. Your payment method is charged at the start of each renewal.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Just log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or email us at support@olenisrx.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Can I return subscription orders?

Your first subscription order is eligible for return under our standard 30-day policy (if unopened and sealed). Subsequent orders are evaluated case by case.

VIP Program

What's the VIP program?

We're launching Olenis VIP in early 2026. Members will get access to exclusive discounts, free products, and early access to new arrivals. Stay tuned—more details coming soon.

Can I cancel my order? 

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes—contact us ASAP at support@olenisrx.com for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? 

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@olenisrx.com. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address. Orders sent to incorrect addresses may be returned to us (and may incur reshipment fees) or may be non-refundable if undeliverable.

What if my package is lost?

A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for 20+ days or the carrier confirms it's lost. Before reaching out, double-check your delivery area, ask neighbors, and verify your shipping address. If it's truly lost, contact us—we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. We partner with trusted third-party vendors to bring you genuine, high-quality skincare products.

Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?

This varies by product and brand. Check individual product pages for details, or contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Do you offer samples?

Not at this time, but we're always expanding what we offer. Keep an eye out for promotions.
